2026 Parade of Homes Twin Cities
Twice each year, the Parade of Homes℠ Twin Cities highlights custom homes and home remodels from local builders like Wooddale. The event allows opportunities to not only find builders and remodelers but also to explore up close and firsthand the detailed craftsmanship, functional floor plans, fine features and finishes, and more from industry leaders in custom homebuilding.
During the Parade of Homes℠ Twin Cities, participants take self-guided tours through hundreds of affordable and luxurious homes in and around the metro. View homes, discover design trends, and find inspiration.

Both the Spring Parade of Homes℠ and Fall Parade of Homes℠ tours are open for several weeks, from noon–6 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Most tours are free of charge, though some Dream Home tours require an admission fee that benefits the Housing First Minnesota Foundation.
