Steve Schwieters
Steve Schwieters founded Wooddale Builders in 1975 with a vision centered around craftsmanship, integrity, and family. Raised on a farm in northern Minnesota, Steve developed the strong work ethic and attention to detail that continue to shape the company today.
For over five decades, Steve and the Wooddale Builders team have built high-end custom homes and remodels throughout the Twin Cities metro with a focus on timeless design, enduring quality, and thoughtful craftsmanship. His homes are designed to stand the test of time — spaces where families can gather, grow, and create lasting memories for generations.
