We’ve reached that time of year again, when prospective homebuyers and those looking for home design or décor ideas can see inside some of the most gorgeous homes in town. 75 Years of Tours

Each year, the Parade of Homes Twin Cities provides an opportunity for community members to find their forever home, discover inspiration, and connect with builders. This year marks the tradition’s 75th anniversary, making it the nation’s most enduring home tour.


In addition to this year’s tour of magnificent properties, the Parade of Homes will have special anniversary events every Saturday. Be sure to visit the Parade of Homes website to find out what’s happening and when.


The 2023 Fall Tour runs from noon—6 p.m. every Thursday through Sunday beginning September 9 until October 1. As always, pick up a guidebook at Holiday Stationstores to plan your Parade of Homes tour, and be sure to add Wooddale’s three entries to your must-see list.

Entry 192 on Spring Farm Road

One of Wooddale’s entries on the Fall 2023 Parade of Homes tour is located on Spring Farm Road in North Oaks. This property features main-level living and the highest quality at every turn, right down to the last detail.
